Consider that our client has a CARB Executive Order for a
compressed natual gas alternative commercial lawnmower and is in
the development stage for even more efficient prototypes.

Consider funding to assist this development.

Consider the overall impact of a Commercial/Municipal mower
exchange program supplanting Gasoline with homeland CNG while the
long battle for ZE mowers is being waged.
