BRING BACK THE ZERO-EMISSIONS REQUIREMENT FOR ELECTRIC CARS.
WE WANT ONE N-O-W.  WE DON'T WANT TO WAIT FOR THE SUPPOSED FUEL
CELL MODELS.  The environment can't wait, either.

IT IS SINFUL THAT YOU ALLOWED THE AUTO/OIL COMPANIES TO WIN IN
2001.  WHAT'S WRONG WITH TRYING EVERYTHING???
