My testimony is to advise CARB that
all in-use engines(diesel trucks and gasoline cars) can be made to
reduce both NOx and CO2 by adding Water to IMET's invention device
or "H-EGR" retrofit kit.
With this retrofit kits, there would be no need  to use EVs.
