There is technology that can be retrofitted  to all existing
schoolbuses including older buses. This technology does not
require special fuel or new engines.  SwRI documented emissions
reductions are >90% DPM, >80% CO and HC. This technology is
extensively used in the mining and tunneling industry. It is sold
under the name Dry System.
