To whom it may concern. I have what I believe to be a viable
solution to global warming. I'm in possession of a chemical formula
that I believe breaks down carbon dioxide to carbon and oxygen
instantaneously. The ombudsman gave me 2 contact at ARB J Collins
and Jason Meggs, I E mailed both of them, Collins never replied,
Jason Meggs did. I gave him the information I had, he said that he
needed more  information and told me to go to the outside and get
it. This is a solution for global warming. He didn't offer his labs
to do the analysis. He throw me under the bus. What I would like is
the State to  put  a contract up for bid stating, breaking down
carbon dioxide instantaneously, and will be verified by a
government lab.  Thanks Damian
