Hello - 

Several of the gases listed are extremely important to
semiconductor manufacturing. Most undergo chemical change during
the process and are not emitted as a greenhouse gas. 

If this legislation is concerned with monitoring their use and
reducing/controlling emissions it can be supported.

If this legislation is concerned about eliminating their use it
will be extremely problematic.
