I am an owner of a sport fishing charter business.   And I feel
this thing you are asking if the commercial fleet is going to kill
us and our livelihood.  Sport Fishing and sight seeing and whale
watching is a big part of  San Diego it is a huge part of why
people travel from all over the world to come visit California.  I
beg you to not let this go through.
