Please make sure that RPS requirements and penalties are maintained
or strengthened. Anything that creates incentives for utilities to
invest in renewable generation is better in the long-run for the
the environment and our economy. And with increasing competition
from emerging economies for natural gas, we must invest in energy
independence.
