The state opf California is way overstepping the boundary when it
demands sportfishing boats comply with their new laws designed to
kill the sportfishing industry. A bunch of self-serving bureaucrats
trying to make themselves appear important. The fleet will just
move south to Mexico and Ca. will lose the revenue.
