 Please consider the future of sport fishing.  It is not affordable
to implement all these new restrictions at once. Too many  of us
who take our families out and depend on the boats to raise our kids
in water sports feel the financial burden and the loss of many
generations of traditions.
 A sensible approach would benefit us all in a scheduled orderly
change.  As the tech improves and becomes available the older boats
could be replaced with newer tech in the  near future.  Benefitting
all.

   Please consider a practical approach.
