Please hold auto manufactureers responsible to manufacture zero
emissions vehicles.  Do not let them shirk their responsibility to
the public and the environment.  There is a market for ZEV out
there and the big vehicle manufacurers should be responsible to
provide what the public wants and the environment needs.
