Comment 1001 for Proposed Amendments to Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation (chc2021) - 45 Day.

Please reconsider what you will do to the captains, deck hands and
anglers if they have to replace their boats. It will deny most of
us who love to ocean fish the opportunity to do so due to the
increasing costs for every one.
