To all members of the CA AIR RESOURCES BOARD,

At your upcoming meeting I URGE you to KEEP the ZEV PROGRAM STRONG
by taking the following actions:

1) Require the sale of 25,000 ZEVs that automakers had promised
for 2012-2014;

2) Create a separate requirement for plug-in hybrids that lets
them replace the dirtiest vehicles in CARB's regulations, rather
than the cleanest ZEVs; and

3) Incentivize plug-in hybrids that have the most on-board
