CARB:

We have participated in and supported the CI pathways for HSAD.

Edgar & Associates, Inc. has produced the attached table taking the
new CIs and EERs and placed them in one place to compare life-cycle
and economic efficiencies of transportation fuels.

CARB staff should produce a similar graph for all stakeholders to
use.
