You should not regulate the tire pressure.  This proposed
regulation will in no way prevent climate change.  Serious
questions exist regarding man-made global warming; the theory lacks
credibility and water vapor is a much stronger greenhouse gas than
CO2.  And, people will inflate their own tires to save money.  This
also lends credibility to the theory that man-made global warming
is just a power grab and way to divert our money to governments and
large industry.  This seems unconstitutional.
