Dear CARB chair, Mary Nichols:

I support Governor Schwarnegger's agenda to reduce greenhouse gas-
emissions 25% by 2020. The most promising way to achieve this
purpose is to give consumers the choice to buy Zero-Emission
vehicles. For this purpose, I ask you please to support:

1. Require automakers the full 25,000 ZEVS they promised by
2012-2014.

2. Create a separate requirement for plug-in hybrids to replace
the dirtiest vehicles in CARB's regulations, rather than the
cleanest ZEVS. 

Choice for consumers, means cleaner air for everyone.
