Dear Chair Nichols and Air Resource Board Members,

I urge you to adopt GHG emission reduction targets that are
ambitious and achievable.  As a car driver and public
transportation user, I am hopeful that my community will benefit
from planning with the environment in mind.  I would prefer to use
my car less, with more emphasis on safe biking and walking options.
 Likewise, public transportation could be a more viable solution
with the right incentives for Californians.

Thank you for prioritizing this important environmental issue.
