Carb,
As an avid angler I am very familiar with southern Californias
sport fishing fleet. Lately it seems that the owners have stated
new regulation will be the end of sport fishing as we know it. I
for one, do not believe this for a second. The idea that modern
vessels that meet air quality standards is not financially feasible
is down right disturbing. I urge your organization to please
proceed with implementing these new regulations. We owe it to
California, and the fishing fleet owes it to us, the customer, to
be responsible.
