There appears to be a typographical error at page 2-12 of the Draft
Environmental Analysis, in the Measure Summary Paragraph in the
sentence below: 
 "i) Measure Summary
(...) California will build on that intent and progress, with
market and institutional
support, and divert 90% of organics from landfills by 2015,
effectively eliminating the disposal of organics in landfills."
