    As we've learned over the recent past, methane in particular,
is 20-40 times more potent in terms of atmospheric heating than
CO2. I would also say that capturing methane, rather than burning,
or allowing it to escape makes great sense.
   Also, as the industry has recently admitted, it was well aware
of the relationship to climate change. This fact is a tacit
admission of responsibility. I believe it is time to stop all
future leases to any processor that is unwilling to accept
responsibility, and help remediate past mistakes.
