Dear air rescources board,    
    It is esential for our survival as a nation and a viable
economy to break our dependence on foriegn oil imedieatly. 
    the electric car has been around as long as the gasoline car
and is just as every bit as viable as a reliable means of
transportation. 
      by continuing our reliance on forign oil, we collectivly are
putting our nation at great risk, with the volitilitality of the
source and price's of the oil based economy we now are dependant
on. 
      just the price of gasoline and diesel fuel alone have had a
tremendousely  impact on the the working public, from simply
getting to and from work, right down to the price we pay for goods
at the market. 
      the cost ecologicly is astronomical, and the damage is very
bad. 
      electric vehicles are low cost to buy or make low cost to
run, and low cost to maintain. 
     the american public middle class is suffering tremendously.
the cost of fuel has all but eleminated the middle class. 
      we need electric vehicles, and we need them now!
