I am a 78 year  senior that has enjoyed ocean sport fishing all my
life. Presently, a 1/2 day trip from local sportfishing landings is
over $75.  Because of COVID and inflation, I am no longer able to
afford my monthly outings on the water.  Please do not enact a bill
that will either eliminate the poorer folks or completely eliminate
the sportfishing industry.
