| Comment | Please do not reduce the number of ZEVs required of automakers by
90%, settling for only 2,500 from 2012-2014. Let's stick with the
original amount of 25,000 ZEVs, allowing for more choice and less
CO2 and other greenhouse gasses.
Additionally, a separate requirement for plug-in hybrids that lets
them replace the dirtiest vehicles in CARB's regulations, rather
than the cleanest ZEVs would go a long way to keep California
beutiful and at the front of the pack when it comes to protecting
our natural resources.
