Please do not act to change regulations on sport fishing boats.
There are only a minimal number of vessels that are out on the
water at any time and any consideration that modifying them to
better the environment is ridiculous  I am a senior with limited
income and will not be able to do what I love which is deep sea
fishing if your actions increase the cost of doing so.
