I am asking that you help California to adopt the MSV regulation
that Oregon, Montana and Washington has adopted. There is an
incredible interest in NEV-class transportation in California. I
am in Los Angeles and have purchased a ZENN from Environmental
Motors in Glendale (www.environmentalmotors.com) and I can tell
you that when I drive it down the street, I get stopped EVERY TIME
by people asking me about the car (how much it was, how fast does
it go, do I like it, where can I get one, etc). In general, the
public LOVES my car because it small, it makes no noise, and it
releases no emissions.
