To whom it may concern; I ask you to please not pass this bill. I
believe that more time and resources are needed for all parties
involved. I am the wife of a 4th Generation California Fisherman.
Our vessel is our livelihood. We are in favor for keeping
California a wonderful state with clean air and clean oceans. We
keep our vessel up to code, follow all current regulations, and are
Coast Guard inspected twice a year, every year. We have 3 children
who are raised on the water and if this bill passes a legacy will
be diminished. I beg you to reconsider the effects this bill will
have on the future generations of California fisherman, and the
industry that is one-of-a-kind.
