Dear Governor Newsom,

There has got to be a better way to solve this problem than cause
an entire industry to shut down due to the high cost of meeting
these new air quality regs. When cars were first required to meet
new air quality standards, only new cars had to meet the new
standards. Can't something like this be done. If boat owners have
to change so much, fishing will become something only the rich can
afford to do. You were elected by all the people in CA, not just
the rich. Please be mindful of this.
