Dear CARB Staff RES/BOARD,
See Attached/ article from November 2009 Scientific American
on converting the World to Solar Energy by 2030, which includes a
reference to a study to convert California to 100% Solar by 2020.
The Sun is the Engine of Our Ecosystem. It makes the Wind
Blow, the Water Flow and the Plants Grow. Or it can be used
directly. It's the way the World Works.
Rather than 33% RES Solar by 2020, California can and should
impliment 100% Solar Conversion by 2020, and Lead the World to
Total Solar Conversion by 2030.
