It seems a "no-brainer" that we should even have to resort to
appeals like this for cleaner air!  AIR -- it's so ubiquitous --
we ALL need it -- we ALL are affected by its poor quality -- we
would ALL benefit from decreased air pollution.  It's time to give
a red light to those FEW who continue to profit -- at our expense
-- from lax standards and lax enforcement.
