Hello,

I've been going out on fishing charter boats in California since
the mid-eighties on multi-day fishing trips and it is a very
important part of my life.  I look forward every year to the time I
can go out on the ocean and get away from all the cares of the
world.  It really means a lot to me.  However, I understand the new
proposed regulations for boat engines will be prohbitively
expensive and thus I will have to pay much more than the $1200 per
year that I currently spend which I'm not really willing to do.  If
many others feel the same, then the boats will shut down and we
will all have lost a life affirming activity.  Please don't vote in
new regulations that will dramatically increase the cost of ocean
fishing.
