| Comment | Hello, My name is Carlos D. I have lived in San Diego, CA for most of my life. I'm an avid fisherman. Fishing is in my blood, my great grandfather, grandfather and uncles were Commercial Tuna fisherman that fished from fleets based out of San Diego. It is something I love to do for the sport, the love of the ocean and to occasionally feed my family & friends if I'm lucky enough to bring home a catch. We the people are pleading against these new regulations. They're not well thought out and will dismantle the California fishing fleet, 100%. We ask that you reconsider and think of all of the job loss, revenue loss and all of the kids who will not be afforded the opportunity to go out into the open oceans for the first time because of cost. My first experience on the ocean was when I was a boy with my and that's when I fell in love with the ocean. I thank you for your time |
