| Comment | Please do not subject recreational/commercial fishing boats to unaffordable motor upgrades. These owners can't afford to purchase new boats to accommodate these motors. Our children need the opportunity to fish. Without fishing and recreation these kids will never learn why they are trying to protect the resources. |
