To Whom It May Concern,

Please make sure that automakers fulfill their promise and 
require that 25,000 Zero Emissions Vehicles (ZEVs) hit the roads
by 2012-2014. We need to curtail our addiction to non-renewable
and sustainable forms of energy and ZEVs is key to doing this.
