| Comment | I drove a GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle for a week. The current 25 mph limit causes a lot of frustration for drivers behind you. If the speed limit is 35 and you're holding up traffic, tempers flare. A new 35 mph limit makes sense and I urge the Board to add this to the CA ZEV Regs. I am asking that MSV "definition" is included in the proposed ZEV regulations, so that further steps to include it in California Vehicle Code and also get new class (MSV) established on a Federallevel by NHTSA can be undertaken.
