we the people need transportation that will not kill us and the
enviorment i realise that oil is big money but lets use it for lub
and not in our lungs  i called pg&e to put solar on property but
they say i can't sell it back to the grid so if produce more power
than my house needs they get the power for free  told me if i want
to sell power move to spain well calif is going about things the
wrong way or mabe this is there plan
