One thing that prevents a greater acceptance of the ZEV or
eloectric car is the rediculous limitatiom of 25 mph. In a great
part of this state, 25 mph means only sidestreets and a
prohibition to more direct routes wher the speed limit dictates a
minimum of 30-35 mph. It render electric or ZEV's near useless for
anything more thaen the nearby grocery store. In some cases, even
that is but a dream.
Plwase allow the increase of ZEV's to 35 mph from the overly
restrictive 25 mph.
