HOWEVER YOUR APROACH IS FLAWED IN THAT ITS TO COSTLY AND TO
FREQUENTLY CHANGING , YOUR GOING TO FORCE SMALL BUSINESS MEN OUT
OF BUSINESS, THEY CANT AFFORD TO COMPLY!
