Hi!

I've known and worked with the fine people at Berkeley's Biofuel
Oasis since they began over three years ago.  They fill an
important need here in the Bay Area -- supplying California
produced biodiesel to the ordinary driver, right from a pump. 
They're the only place to go for this in our area, and another
pumping station, closer to I-80, would make it even easier for
diesel drivers to opt-in to this environmentally positive choice. 
A grant from your agency would make all the difference in making
this a reality.
