As a person who has been deep sea fishing since I was old enough to
hold a fishing rod I am in TOTAL  and COMPLETE opposition to these
new proposed regulations! It seems completely unreasonable that our
government would so actively work to eliminate jobs and recreation
for the people of California. I STAND IN TOTAL OPPOSSIION TO THIS
BILL!!!
