The Clean Truck Regulation as proposed does not go far enough. It
will not help us reach the clean energy goals for California.
Instead of 5% of the fleet being electric trucks, the number should
be at least 15%. 

This is also an Environmental Justice issue since economically
disadvantaged communities receive more truck related pollution than
privileged communities.

Please give this due consideration.
