the sportfishg and whale watching industry.

Its that simple.

The regulations will um-employ thousands.
Deck hands. Out of a job.
Bait receivers. Out of a job.
Fishing tackle stores. Out of a job
Fish processors. Out of a job.
Whale watching tourism. Out of a job.

Older boats and equipment need relief from the CARB emissions
requirement.
