Please grandfather all existing sport fishing boats in California,
many of which are family owned and operated.  Replacement of these
vessels is not financially feasible; will lead to collapse of an
entire industry; lost businesses, employment, tax revenue for the
State, and income for conservation efforts that are funded through
fishing licenses.
