Even though the theory of human-caused global warming has been
totally discredited, dishonest and/or delusional environmental
activists and corrupt public officials continue their efforts to
impose draconian rules based upon the foolish and unfounded belief
that carbon dioxide is a pollutant.

As a citizen of California whose economic well-being will be
negatively affected by the absurd, fatuous and irrational policies
proposed by the California Air Resources Board, I strenuously
object to such policies and urge the Board to begin acting in a
responsible and rational manner and refrain from passing and
implementing the proposed "cap and trade" program now being
considered.
