regulations!
While I applaud the new requirements for the "Enhanced AT PZEV"
category, it must not infringe on the demand for your mandate,
ZEVs. You have given the auto manufactures too many concessions in
time frame and quantities. At the current rate, by 2014, we will
have only 3% of the original number of ZEVs mandated by 2003! If
you cannot stand firm, you have no business negotiating on behalf
of the people of California.
Incease the number of ZEVs!
