Is your greenhouse emissions policy based on reality or is it your
religion.  Cap & Trade is going to kill the California economy and
will not make a dent in Carbon emission in the world.  There are
countries in this world that are accelerating their polution. 
China is one of the biggest culpits.  I do business with China and
can tell you that their priority is building their economy at all
costs.

Stop Cap & Trade.
