No Cap and Trade period. I do not want it and the people of
California can not afford it.
California today faces high unemployment hovering around 12%,
budget deficits and an exodus of jobs from our state.

 

CARB itself estimates that cap and trade, if implemented,
represents a $150 billion energy tax.  Our struggling economy most
certainly cannot afford more lost jobs due to a crushing
self-imposed energy tax of this magnitude.
