I am retired on a fixed income. I truly enjoy fishing in all forms,
I live to fish! Please do not approve the proposed Amendments to
the Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation. If you do then I wont be
able to enjoy fishing in the ocean as I wont be able to pay the
fare increases on my fixed income.
