Greetings,

I understand that on the 28th of March you will be voting on
amendments to the Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) regulation.

I am begging you to require the full 25,000 ZEVs that automakers
had promised for 2012-2014.

I understand there is the emergence of Plug-in Hybrids, but you
should separate the requirement for the plug-in hybrids that lets
them replace the dirtiest vehicles in your regulations and not
eliminate the cleaner ZEV.

Please make the right decision and not kill the electric vehicle
again!
