Back in the 1990's.. the ZEV mandate inspired me to get a RAV EV. 
I am still driving it today, instilled with the pride of knowing
California is a leader in saving the environment.  Please help to
rally other Californians to take the chance and get more Zero
Emission's Cars on the road.
