    Oil price has been increasing so fast that low-income workers
can not afford to purchase gasoline just to go to work.

    Oil cost gas car owners money to keep their cars/ trucks
maintenanced. For example, timing belt and timing adjustments are
so expensive nowdays. Is it worth?

    Electric cars do not require much oil. Electric cars do not
use gas or timing belts.

So we really need electric cars as our future transportations. Big
Oil Companies are becoming un-Americans! Kick their asses back
where they belong.
